| ARTICLE 11 - FINANCES |
| 11.01 | AUDITOR |
| At every annual meeting the Centre shall elect an auditor to hold office until the end of the next annual meeting. The auditor shall conduct an audit of the Centre's financial records and shall express an opinion on the annual financial statements to the members of the Centre. The auditor shall not be a member of the Council during his or her term as auditor. | |
| 11.02 | ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS |
| The Centre's annual financial statements shall consist of a balance sheet, a statement of revenues and expenses, and such other statements as are required in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, by the Council, by the National Council, or otherwise by law. | |
