| ARTICLE 2 - NAME OF CENTRE |
| 2.01 | The name of the Centre shall be "The Royal Astronomical Society of Canada - Ottawa Centre / La Société Royale d'Astronomie du Canada - Centre d'Ottawa". |
| ARTICLE 3 - SEAL |
| 3.01 | The corporate seal of the Centre shall be such as the Council may by an ordinary resolution from time to time approve. |
