| SMARTscope Report |
- SMARTscope is now fully functional via web browser interface
- Live demo (fake stars) at end of meeting
- After some further testing (waiting on weather) we will start limited operations

| Initial Operations |
- A small number of responsible individuals will be trained and given access
- Need a schedule system (Wiki?)
- Team member(s) will be on standby to go to site in case of emergency
- Gradually transition to full operation as we gain experience, add web programming

| Financial Status |
- No money was spent in 2006 thanks to in-kind donations of equipment and supplies
- With recent donations funds stand at $1508.43
- We plan to purchase a new focuser, to allow for greater focus range
- Long-term we may need new CCD camera
